PREAMBLE
CastMe is the trading name of Season Lab Limited. When CastMe is mentioned, the legal entity involved is Season Lab Limited
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that in certain circumstances, customers may need to reschedule their sessions. CastMe will gladly transfer booked sessions when notified 16 hours prior to the start of the booked session. Rescheduling at the customer's request can be arranged, subject to availability.
For any session(s) cancelled or rescheduled within 16 hours of the session start date, the booking fee is non-refundable. All sessions missed on the day of the session is also non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds are granted on condition of having been informed by email to contact@cast-me.mt 16 hours before the start of the session booked.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Unless otherwise specified in writing by CastMe, no session is fully confirmed until full payment has been received.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
CastMe applies strict confirmation upon receipt of payment policy for ALL bookings, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cleared funds must be received no later than 16 hours prior to session booking.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session, as any late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will result in your booking being cancelled.
NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS
All recording sessions with new clients must be paid in full on the website when booking the session. No session is fully confirmed to the point where full payment has not been received.
DISCOUNTS ON 10 HOURS PACKAGES
CastMe offers a discount for purchasing a 10-hour pass. The customer buys their pack at a total price of €1000 for 10 hours, or €100 per hour instead of €150. He is then free to use his quota of hours whenever he wishes by booking via a unique promotional code. Further details are available upon request by email contact@cast-me.mt.
SAVING BACKUPS
CastMe ensures, where possible, that each audio channel and camera has a backup recording outside of the main recording card(s) from which audio files can be produced. In the event of an equipment or power outage, these backups should serve as a backup for the podcast already saved to a file. This service is provided free of charge.
FILE DELIVERY
Audio & video files will be delivered to the client within 2 hours of the end of the recording day. These will be sent by email via Dropbox.
FILE STORAGE
All audio and video files will be retained for a guaranteed period of 7 days after the date of a session. After 7 days, CastMe cannot be held responsible for deleted files. If you need files 7 days after your session, we can keep them for an additional fee depending on the duration of the backup. Please let us know your needs at contact@cast-me.mt
PROPERTY RIGHTS
CastMe acknowledges that we do not own or claim to own any intellectual property in the recorded content. CastMe shall not be held responsible for the content, use, infringement, liability or any other liability which may be incurred as a result of the use or advertisement of the material recorded by the customer.
SMOKING
We have a strict no smoking and vaping policy in the studio or inside any associated building. However, smoking is permitted outside the front of the building, on the main road. Any vaping or smoking carried out on the premises will trigger the smoke detectors and the fire brigade will be automatically called. If a studio guest triggers the fire alarm by smoking or vaping, this will incur a mandatory minimum charge of €750 for calling emergency services, as well as an administration fee for resetting fire safety systems.
DOGS
Dogs are not allowed in the studio itself, but are allowed to wait under supervision at reception and other common waiting areas.
STUDIO SETUP
Guests have the choice of different configurations depending on the number of guests. Photos of the installations can be viewed from our website. We have a choice of plants and lighting available upon request when booking form – for any changes please email us before your session as any changes to the studio setup during your session will reduce your recording time available. Let us know in advance if you would like to bring your own decorations.
